The Premier Partnership is a seamless and cost-effective pathway for Camden County College students to transfer and earn their bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Camden or Rutgers at Camden County College in Blackwood within two years. *Students are guaranteed not to pay more than the CCC tuition for their 3rd year (for full-time students) or for their first 30 Rutgers credits (for part-time students). Eligible participants receive a grant to reduce the charges to match CCC tuition after Rutgers tuition is billed, financial aid is applied, and their balance is reviewed.

**The traditional prelicensure BSN program is not part of the CCC-Rutgers Premier Partnership.

Who is eligible?

Current or prospective students of Camden County College who are current US citizens can enroll in the Premier Partnership at any time while they are earning their Associate Degree(s)* (with the exception of Nursing majors). Participation in the Premier Partnership while at CCC requires a minimum GPA of 2.8.

When do I officially become a Rutgers–Camden student?

Upon enrolling at CCC and entering the Premier Partnership, you will be a part of the Rutgers family from day one, enjoying access to Rutgers–Camden facilities such as the library, fitness center, and student organizations. CCC students who have earned or are about to earn an Associate Degree can transition their Premier Partnership status into a seamless transfer to Rutgers–Camden to waive their application fee and utilize merit-based scholarships to dramatically lower tuition costs.

Where can I take Rutgers–Camden classes?

In your third and fourth year, you can take Rutgers classes at the Rutgers-Camden campus or at the Camden County College Blackwood location based on where you apply and are admitted to.

Merit-Based Scholarship Eligibility Premier Partnership students who complete a FAFSA are automatically considered for the Road to Success/Garden State Guarantee grant which can lower tuition by up to 100% (based on family adjusted gross income). Students are guaranteed not to pay more than the CCC tuition for their 3rd year (for full-time students) or for their first 30 Rutgers credits (for part-time students). Eligible participants receive a grant to reduce the charges to match CCC tuition after Rutgers tuition is billed, financial aid is applied, and their balance is reviewed.
Course Schedule Courses are scheduled at various times, primarily during the daytime. Courses meet once per week in the evening, Monday through Thursday, 6 p.m. to 8:50 p.m.
Majors Available Over 40 available majors!
*Social Work and Nursing majors only available for Fall start. 		6 Rutgers majors available, including Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Liberal Studies, Political Science, Psychology, and RN to BSN Online.
Where can I sign up for Transfer Events?

Where can I request a transcript or application fee waiver?

Students already enrolled in the Rutgers-Camden @ CCC Premier Partnership automatically have their transcript and application fees waived. To become part of the partnership, you must complete the Premier Partnership Application.

What AAS degrees are eligible for the benefits of the Premier Partnership?

The following AAS degree offerings from Camden County College are part of the CCC-Rutgers University -Camden Premier Partnership:

  • CGR.AAS: CCC Associate of Applied Science in Computers Graphics to Rutgers University - Camden Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
  • FLM.AAS: CCC Associate of Applied Science in Film and Television Production to Rutgers University - Camden Bachelor of Arts in Filmmaking
  • PAR.AAS: CCC Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies to Rutgers University - Camden Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
